Christianity is everywhere – films, television, songs, and everyday life. It is hard to grow up in the modern world without knowing this religion. Certainly, the best place to learn about the Christian religion is the Old City of Jerusalem. We will visit the different churches and see what they look like inside and out. we will examine amazing mosaics that tells the fascinating stories of Christianity in Jerusalem. and we will tour the city along with the pilgrims that come every year. The tour is designed for children but adults can learn a lot too.
Highlights: Mount Zion and its churches, Via Dolorosa, and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
Time: 3-3.5 hours
Level of difficulty: easy to moderate. Many stairwells.
