After you decided you want to order this type of tour (and I do warmly recommend you do so) please try to send me the following details:
* The date of the tour – some places and sites are closed on certain days or dates.
* The time and duration of the tour – morning, afternoon, evening, or night. Each time has its recommended sites.
* The group’s size – 40 people can’t fit anywhere…
* The age of the travelers and their walking abilities –You have to walk in the Old City…
* Is it a group that travels a lot? Have you been to Jerusalem before? Where? Who was your guide?
* Is there a common interest or hobby to all of the travelers? (hi-tech employees, work for a certain company, etc.)
* Is anyone in the group keeping kosher? Would certain people not go into a certain place (such as a church, synagogue, mosque).
Many of the people choosing the tailor made tour are tourists from different countries who are visiting Jerusalem for the first time. In this case an important information to me is the religious affiliations of the tourist or the group, if you are comfortable with discussing this. Sometimes we are uncomfortable asking this question but it is very important for our tour. I guess some questions are asked by tour guides only in Jerusalem…
